FINDING GOD WITHIN BY DEVELOPING A RAZOR-SHARP AWARENESS THROUGH TOTAL SURRENDER, WORSHIP, AND LOVE, THUS UNIFYING YOUR SUBTLE BODY.

Look.  Pay close attention to what I say and not what your mind does with it.

I have been saying that you need to drop your identity as the body, and reidentify with the Life Force within.  Absent a love object, such as a lover or guru, the best way is to feel for the ‘I Am’ sensation in one’s chest near the heart, and after finding it, dwell there and let it grow.  Do frequent body scans from your toes to the top of your head, slowly feeling your body from the inside and its contact with the environment.  Listen to sacred chanting as often as possible.  And find an object to become devoted to, whether guru, cat or animal, a tree, or religious figure like a saint or Jesus, or Buddha.  Be of service to others.

After some time of this kind of practice which amounts to both the purification and a ‘subtlization’ of one’s inner awareness so that you become aware of the energies inside of you, you will become aware of the separate chakras or energy complexes within and about your body, but especially one’s heart complex, sexual complex, the power complex of the Hara, one’s belly, and the third eye in your forehead.

At this point the Life Force will bring you into relationship with the divine lover who will help you realize the Life Force in you, as you.

This lover, you must love with all your heart, all your body, with all your sexuality, with every particle of your being, surrender totally at his or her feet, worship their feet.

It is very important to feel the sexual desire along with a total heart opening towards that person that the Life Force has presented to you in order to grant you self-realization of you as the Life Force.

You must desire that person with every fiber in your being until you are quivering and shaking, throbbing and longing for the presence, the Darshan of that person.  Only with this one pointedness will you have enough power, enough discrimination, enough love, enough devotion, enough surrender, such that God within you will reveal himself to you in one of his aspects, the Life Force, the divine energy within your body that enables you to sense your own self as well as the surrounding world. 

First you will recognize God in your lover, and with this realization or recognition, you will then see it and feel it in yourself as pure energy, pure life, pure love, and as extraordinary energy and bliss in those moments of surrender and worship.

Now I want to be very clear, I am not talking about actual physical sex.  It is not necessary to have physical sex at all for this to happen, and actually it is better not to have physical sex because that will tend to ground the Life Force into identification with the body, rather than in one’s sense of presence, the energy body, the subtle body.

This whole process is to change your identification from the physical body and your mind, into identification with your sense of presence, one’s internal life sense.  Yet readers always, always, always jump and fixate on the sexual aspect of raising sexual energies in bringing up many judgments because this is often the only internal body energy that they have known as an energy.  But I am not talking about ordinary human sexuality, I am talking about feeling sexuality in yourself as the entire energy complex associated with your male or female physiology, and putting that into service towards transmuting the disparate and separate energy states in your body, into a single-minded focused attention on the other, your lover, your guru, your God, and with this focus, discover God in them, the Life Force.  This will lead inevitably to the Life Force revealing itself to you, as something greater than you ever thought yourself to be, such that it seems godlike, divine, which it is, because it is the manifestation of the highest principle of life within you, which is divine.

Now the act of the Life Force revealing itself to you, at first as something divine, and then later the realization comes that it is your own true nature as manifestation, as experience, as an incarnated body in the physical world, is most often as an explosive event, as the rising of a mass of incredible power, and incandescent white light like that of a thousand suns, within one’s own energy body, rising upwards from the gut, into the heart, then through the throat and through the head breaking outwards an above until your utterly drenched in love and the power of the self.  After this act of self-realization, or revelation, there is never again a doubt as to who or what you are, even though the energies and bliss can wax and wane for many years afterwards and in many different ways, growing ever more sophisticated and subtle.  But you will know without a doubt you are not the body, the body is merely a vessel for the Life Force in you to do as it will with your body and your identity as an individual human being.  You are an incarnation of God by means of your awareness of yourself as the Life Force itself, loving all others as similar incarnations.  You are God incarnate.  You feel that as you, the infinite power of God within, and finally for the first time in your life maybe, you feel totally at home being who you are, entirely fearless, knowing you are not just the mortal coil.

So stop focusing just on sex as you have known it, or as you imagine it could be, when listening to my teaching.  Until you have experienced the unification of all the feeling aspects of your identity as your sense of presence, as the subtle body, you will have no idea what I am talking about.  Until you can experience that Shakti, that energy, that bliss throughout your body and feel all the different energy centers, the colors associated with them, the swirling energies in the patterns of these energies, you will just be trying to understand from the viewpoint of someone who is blind, therefore you will focus on sex because that is what you know as an internal energy, and all the moral judgments around sex, and you will miss these teachings entirely.  Sex is just one limited aspects of the totality of the experience of your sense of presence, but it is significant because of the power of that root chakra in providing energy to the rest of your sense of presence.  But far greater than the sexuality aspect of the subtle body, is the opening of your heart which is the director of this whole process, and in that overall process, sexuality is only the string section of the orchestra, not the conductor of the overall symphony.

Some may speak of this as a Shaktipat experience, but I am trying to reformulate the process in different terms and not make it so guru-oriented.
