I emphasize getting into feelings: feel your body; feel your breath coming in and out; feel your diaphragm moving; feel your toes and hands. Also, feel your body moving. Feel the muscles move with the movement. Feel all of your emotions; love them and let them into your heart. Lastly, feel for the energies that course through your body, and by finding them, locate your center of light and bliss.

I would like to encourage all members of our Sangha to work with others in our Sangha and help each other go deeply within. Work with each other as I do with the group as a whole doing body scans, feeling the entire process of breathing, feeling emotions if and as they arise, and feeling energies as they circulate in the body.

Become a feeling guide for yourself and others.
