It seems that all who work with energies, from Kundalini to those used by healers, use various fantasy processes of combining pranayama with visualizations of chakras, hollow connectors, usually with lights and colors in order tp awaken chakras and get them coordinated.

In my own reawakening to internal energies, bliss, grace, occurred as the result of my intense love for a woman 2,000 miles away, and sitting together in silence.  Energies became felt and seen with colors, flows, spiraling, and always intense love and incredible states of grace and surrender.  We became telepathic and could read each other’s energies and emotions.

But in all of these cases, it appears that fantasy actions, pranayama with visualizations, deep love, surrender, worship (seemingly of God in my and her case, of being at His feet, surrendered), are key to beginning to perceive energies, then to master them.

Finally then, the fantasies seem to end and the world and self are perceived without fantasy, at least in my case, and all former experience seems unreal—it had been made real by the static quality of words and concepts.

Without the stasis, the world now perceived is entirely different.  It is fluid, without fixed form, ever changing, soft, not hard, seemingly infinitely malleable, and without time.  The world witnessed from silence is filled with delight, love, bliss that grows ever more refined and sweet.

Have you any idea of the ontology involved in the fantasy/awakening, or fantasy/energies relationship?  This seems key to further research in the awakening process.

I know now that I can create energy states or experiences in others by directly acting on their energy bodies with my own, using intent alone, no fantasies.  I can energize specific chakras in others by intent only through manipulating my own energy field.  I can also do the same by means of chosen words, tone of voice, and cadence of speech.  As one of the more dramatic examples, I have been able to repeatedly cause full body orgasms in several women without the use of fantasy, remotely. These are all direct actions outside of the fantasy process, but using poetic speech or suggestions of love.

So, I am asking, what is your understanding of the place of fantasy in the awakening process, and the how of direct transmission of energy awakenings, or the direct transmission of “spiritual” states?  Have you written about the above subject matter in any of your books?

Definition of life force:

Life force includes, but is not limited to, all biological processes that allow for sentience, movement, and procreation.

Sentience means awareness of the external world an all internal processes and experiences such as thoughts, imagining, emotions, kinesthesia, and pain, as well as awareness of one’s own sense of presence, or energetic body, internal energies, such as kundalini, chi, ki, prana, bliss, Samadhi, emptiness, self-realization.

Combining the concepts of life force and sentience, sentience is also aware of the life force as manifested on experiential levels which differs from person to person.  Some adepts may be experientially aware of “deeper” biological processes.

The ability to sense the life force improves with practice.  Perceiving the various strands of the life force can be learned. The person learning can gain some control over the life forces which can be used for healing or developing various kinds of abilities or powers such as telepathy, astral travel or remote healing or remote observation.  The controller can be called the ego for means of talking about it, and sentience can be used to transcend that ego to see its transparent nature.

ANOTHER STUDENT FEELS THE LIFE FORCE

It is so strange. People dismiss the path of love, of Bhakti as just being in the phenomenal realm and allude to the unchanging, unborn Self that sustains the whole show, the play area of Nisargadatta and Robert Adams.

I know this area well having my awakening here recognized by Robert in 1995 and then spending 15 years passively watching both the world and the Void that contains it as it unfolds.

Then I found love, bliss, God and the life force. I knew immediately that neither Robert or Nisargadatta, let alone Ramana, knew of this world. Zen totally ignores this world as does most of Buddhism and certainly Advaita.

I also knew immediately that this was the spirituality for our time. It is based in emotion and Shakti which are a more natural approach to God and the infinite than is self-inquiry, and also is so much faster.

Deeya and I initially called this path of worship and love "Devotional Advaita." But I soon realized that bring the Unborn, the pre-existing Absolute into the equation made for excessive complexity. Let us stick with the simple and straight forward path of devotional love and surrender and see where that alone in its simplicity takes my students.

I am so pleased how powerful this simplified path works, and at its end, also leads to discovery of one's essence as being beyond consciousness, the witnessing without a witness.

The following is from a man in his late 60s who has been with Deeya and myself for four years. Notice where he is and how relatively painless his progress has been.

When I focus on you Ed- immediately a force field engages my body and subtle body.

That force is like atomic fusion energy. It is so immensely powerful way beyond what I felt in the past.

Almost scary at first, like I this me will be obliterated by this force.

As it enters my subtle body every cell starts giving off light

I become the Life Force itself.

To me, the the deepest spirituality, the deepest practice, is to love one special other with all your heart, with total devotion and surrender. When your beloved loves you to the same depth and 100% commitment, both will be healed of all human injuries and distortions, and enter an area of divine grace such that you Will know God as your own Self, and later, there is more even beyond God.

I had this experience once with a woman who then ran away saying the love was too intense, that she could not match or sustain it. It is extremely rare to find two who want to go all the way together. In a way, it means giving up everything of you, and giving everything to your beloved. Complete submission.
